Shandong Lulan Science and Technology Surface Engineering Laboratory is jointly established by Shandong Lulan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd and Harbin Institute of Technology.
The laboratory focuses on the research of high-tech manufacturing and hardware manufacturing supporting surface engineering such as aerospace, high-speed rail, heavy industry, photoelectricity, communications, IT electronic products, etc.
In the next five years, it will become the first national key laboratory for surface engineering in the industry.

Shandong Huaye Lulan Surface Science and Technology Ecological Demonstration Park is a key construction project for Linyi Municipal Government to attract investment, which is the first surface engineering intelligent industrial park invested and developed by Shanghai Lulan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.
The park covers a total area of 523 mu and a construction area of 450,000 square meters, which has 350 intelligent surface treatment production lines with a total investment of 3.7 billion yuan. When put into production, it can realize an annual output value of about 10 billion yuan and a profit and tax of about 2.7 billion yuan.
